One of the really great things about shooting with a friend is the way it helps you to see things.

This past Thursday night I met up with Brian Mataish for a quick photo walk through Chinatown in Boston. After an hour or so of shooting we decided to break for food. On the way to the restaurant, Brian abruptly stopped and set up his tripod. “I just want to grab this”, he said.

Rather than stand there like an idiot, I started looking around for a shot. Brian was looking down the street, so I looked up.
