Lussier Photography

This little smily face in the Washington Mill really says it all. There is nothing like exploring the dark forgotten corners of old buildings.

Some of the buildings I’ve shot in Lawrence are still occupied but retain their original character. Others are long abandoned, waiting for a chance at new life, or to be razed or renovated in the name or urban renewal. Whatever the state of the buildings, I feel like I am preserving history when I shoot them, or telling a story of the buildings’ journey.

It makes me smile.
