Lussier Photography

This isn’t a post inspired by the classic song, Monday Monday by the Mamas & the Papas. In fact, although I like a few of their songs, they rank among my least favorite groups from that Classic Rock era.

I posted this today because my first choice was really too uplifting for a Monday morning. So that one will have to wait.

So here is another dark (very dark) hallway from the abandoned school. The perfect image, I think, to start the work week. Even for those of us who like our jobs (he said, in case his boss is reading his blog), Mondays can be full of dread.

So the song thing … I have to thank (or blame) my friend, Jacques Gudé for making me think of songs when I post images. Seems he’s always got a music theme that perfectly fits his fabulous images.

If I MUST make this fit the Mamas & Papas song, this is the line I’d choose:

“Oh Monday mornin’ you gave me no warnin’ of what was to be”
