Stone Mill

Also known as the Lawrence Machine Shop, the Stone Mill was the first mill building built in Lawrence. It is the only mill built with stone in Lawrence and one of only two (or three) stone mills in the country.

Pacific_Print_Works

The old Pacific Print Works complex is now part of Riverfront Properties. These images are of the gate valves and gauges, located in the Mill's lower level. The valves were once used to kelp control the flow of water in Lawrence's South Canal.
