This is a shot from one of my favorite urbex shoots this year, the abandoned school in central Massachusetts. The place is just deliciously decayed.
The centerpiece is the school’s auditorium, so expertly captured by my friend and fellow Urbex Aficionado, Brian Matiash. His panorama of the auditorium can be found here. It is a feast for the eyes.
The auditorium is surprisingly bright, thanks to the numerous skylights created out of neglect and decay. The gaping holes in the roof also help contribute to the wonderful water damage to the seats.
Another gem Bob!
Nice shot. The selective focus makes me wonder what is going on past the chairs.
This is really fantastic, Bob. Great composition, the lighting is amazing and that T/S is just icing on the cake. Fabulous!
