This is another from the Lightroom archives. It is was taken in the summer of 2009, at a grist mill museum/general store in Littleton NH. I was there as a tourist, just kicking around with family but, of course, I had my camera with me. With no tripod, HDR was not on my mind.
I really liked the setup in this small museum. With plenty of window light the scene was perfect for a contrasty BW.
I tried really hard to retain just a hint of the covered bridge spanning the river outside the window.
Monochrome makes it! Interesting to see your artistic progression.
This is a perfect scene for a black and white conversion…love the composition,too!
The natural light shown in the photo makes this perfect for a B&W conversion. Well seen, Bob!
