Serpentine
I’m trying to make good on my promise to reprocess older images, or revisit images I never processed. This one falls into the latter category. It was shot as part of a series but at the time I decided to process a different version of it. In hind sight, I like this one much better.
As far as what it is, well … Start guessing. I’ll be sure to reveal its true identity tomorrow if nobody gets it today.
I have zero clue…but I like it!
I have no clue either. The only guess I can make is that it is a playground for spiders. Great processing.
Ya, no idea what this might be…but I’m a big fan of this shot!
I was tempted to guess it’s an Amish slinky, but that’s too snarky and I suppose there’s probably to barrier to the Amish making a regular slinky. My next real guess is some sort of card filing system.
Very cool. I like the limited focus and the spider webs.
The only guess I have is that it looks like tops of boxes that have warped and folded up, but still no real idea. GREAT image though!
Nice DOF, have no idea what it is though, I like the webs
Deliciously abstract. Awesome image, Bob. I have no clue what it is!
Thanks guys. Glad I could keep you all guessing.
I may give a second (more obvious) visual clue tomorrow, rather than reveal the answer. It seems more fun that way.
The next image is a giveaway – dampers on the top of a set of organ pipes. Thanks for the clue! 🙂
I would never have guessed what this was, but it makes for a great abstract image! Those dainty little cobwebs are a lovely detail.
i think it is the end of boards with metal plates one the ends that have been bent..? but thats just a guess
