Vintage Ruins

A redundant title? Aren’t ruins usually vintage by nature?
The ‘vintage’ in this case refers to the processing. The ruins β the shot β is from Ireland, 2007. I know I’ve posted it before, but just reprocessed it. I wanted to give it a vintage feel so I turned to onOne PhotoTools and applied a “tinting treatment.”
I was very happy with the results. I used the same treatment on a couple of other images. I’ll be sure to share.
Peaceful shot, beautifully processed
I love the processing! The vintage feel compliments the ruins so well. Also really liking the ruins π Great shot and post!!
Very interesting buildings, looks a little bit like a castle. Tint works perfectly! Nicely done.
Nah, on Hollywood sets they are constantly making new ruins. Good to know these are the real deal!
Absolutely wonderful Bob, what a great photo! Love the processing you’ve done here to accentuate the feeling of an image from another time…. great work!
