If you ever plan to take the tour of Grand Central Terminal (its a Terminal, not a Station) then stop reading now. I’m about to give away a secret.
OK … You’ve been warned.
Here goes … The clock that sits atop the information booth in the middle of Grand Central Terminal is worth a fortune … somewhere between 11 and 12 million dollars. It a big opal sphere. It also keeps really accurate time. It has to. The trains have to run on time.
Dig the processing & comp Bob. Right. Right.
Love the symmetry and warm tones on this shot. I’m surprised nobody has boosted that clock.
Love the colors and tones in this, the clock’s casing really pops!
Beautifully composed and fantastically processed Bob! Great image!
Nice clean shot. Great fact!
I smell a sequel coming on. Ocean’s 17 – GCT Heist.
Great shot. Right. RIGHT.
Great shot! Love how you composed it with the flag and window in the background.
I love the way you framed this shot. Excellent use of background to bring out the foreground.
Perfectly positioned! Great shot.
Hmm interesting. if it’s white like that must be bolder opal. Chances are it prob came from Australia too 🙂
nice shot!
Wow, Bob, I LOVE the processing on this shot! Great composition, great subject, great results!! I love it, my friend.
Great capture! I love the clock and American flag in the background. You should try and sell the rights to this to the station…
Great crop on this. Frames the subject perfectly.
very nice treatment with the partial flag behind the clock. must’ve been before the tripod nazi’s got to you….
