Something simple for today.
My niece was accepted into the culinary program at the Mt Washington Hotel in New Hampshire. She’ll be there for the next couple of years learning the trade. Its a great program and a great place to study.
A couple of weeks ago my wife, youngest son and I were in the area and attempted to pay her a visit. We got there a couple of hours or so after her 4:00AM – 1:00PM “breakfast shift” ended. She never answered my calls to her cell. Evidently she was sleeping. Too bad. We probably would have bought her dinner.
It wasn’t a total loss. I did wander around the grounds with my camera, brazenly pretending to be a guest. Here is one shot from the brief time I was there.
Love this simple frame, Bob. Looks like it would be very peaceful to have a sit in one of those chairs.
Great shot Bob, love the comp and the wavy lines of the mowed grass. Sorry she never answered your calls!
This is wonderful, Bob, absolutely wonderful. There is something melancholy and at the same time rather serene about this. Great composition, my friend, the area around the chairs adds so much context. Awesome work, Bob!
i feel relaxed now 🙂 like the chairs lined up on the hill. nice offset.
