This is a “gimme shot” from a trip to New York last October. I shot it on a run from somewhere in Brooklyn to Lower Manhattan and back.  I ran carrying my D700 with a 20mm lens — about as compact a kit as I can carry.
The clear blue sky that day almost demanded I convert this image to black and white, a technique I have really been embracing lately (in case you haven’t noticed).
Nice Matiash reference with the “gimme shot” – dig the conversion, makes the bridge details really pop.
What an absolutely incredible shot, Bob, I truly love it my friend!
Really nice shot Bob. B&W works perfect here, and the processing is spot on.
Nice Bob. I like the mirror image effect you’ve captured.
