Everett Mill Clock

[singlepic id=1831 w=750 float=center]

I placed an order for the Lee Big Stopper  about a century ago. The Big Stopper is a 10 stop neutral density filter who’s sole purpose is to put a big barrier between your camera and light, allowing you to shoot long exposures in the daytime. The Big Stopper has a characteristic blue tint which you can see in this image.

Oh, the image. You are looking at the Everett Mill in Lawrence. I shot this while I was patiently waiting for my friend, Tom Short to clear some branches from the trees in front of the mill’s main entrance for another shot.

You’ll see that one tomorrow.
