The Calm

no images were found

Here is a long exposures shot from Hampton Beach, New Hampshire a couple of weeks ago. Steven Perlmutter and I were, coincidentally, both in the area so we met up to do some shooting. At low tide the rocks of the jetty were fullt exposed. We both saw the potential for some long exposure shooting, so we stopped.

I’ve really been enjoying long exposure shooting lately. There is something calming about setting up the shot, slapping on a filter and letting the time pass as the image burns onto the “film.”

This will be my last post for a few days. I’m heading to Moab, Utah tomorrow morning to meet up with a group of photo blogger friends for a weekend of photography. After last week, I am really looking forward to it.
