Webb Lake II

Here is Webb Lake at sunset in black and white. Another in this rediscovery series this week. Revisiting the image helped me recall shooting it, even though it was almost a decade ago. I recall that I was not overwhelmed by the color in the sky. I remember wishing that the opening in the sky that spilled those gorgeous rays onto the mountains was hovering closer to Tumbledown Mountain (that distinctive tiered mountain to the right).
A decade layer, I’m just glad I got the shot.
