My friend and very talented photographer, Mike Tully coerced me into taking a drive up to Fort Foster in Kittery, Maine this afternoon. It is a great spot for seascape photography. Especially in winter, when the park is closed. No entry fee, just a short quarter mile walk from the gate at the access road to the shore.
Sunset was very nice. I got a couple of very nice shots. But I really enjoyed trying to frame Whaleback Light against the rock formations and other elements on the shore. And I really enjoyed processing them in black and white.
