It’s been way too long since I’ve done a blog post, so I thought I’d make an effort to get back on track. So here is an image from a year ago taken in Scarborough, Maine.
The back story is, I was hired to photograph a charity walk last fall from Boston, Massachusetts to Portland, Maine. The event took place over the course of a week. I bookended the event by photographing for social media the first leg and last. The last day started at Old Orchard Beach in Maine on a very foggy morning. The group walked along through Scarborough along the Nonesuch River through a state park that cut through the ferry foggy marsh. I abandoned my subjects for an hour or so to capture the mood.
This birdhouse just off the road sets the scene pretty well.
